I believe that a special diet should not prevent anyone from experiencing the joys of freshly baked breads, cakes, and cookies.   I have taken the classics and simply made them safer for those with Celiac disease and gluten sensitivities by removing the gluten, and replacing traditional refined ingredients with natural and unrefined alternatives.  All of my ingredients are hand selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality and safe for my customers.  Special care is taken to use only the most natural sources of sugars and fats, and even those are used with restraint.   My customers can happily enjoy my products knowing that supporting their health is my top priority.
