The Gluten Free Bread Factory is here to provide you with the best gluten free baked goods around. Factory Baker, Kristen, is a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. Intrigued by the uncharted territory of natural and healthful gluten free recipes and products, Kristen set out to invent some of her own. After spending several months in her small kitchen in Hastings On The Hudson, NY covered in flour she began turning out wonderfully textured, moist, and flavorful gluten free baked goods. Her Grammy, who considers cupcakes a food group, can’t even tell these treats are gluten free and healthy.
Kristen uses “whole” and minimally refined ingredients to pack her goods with nutrients and flavor. Quality ingredients make for products that taste better and feel better.
“I never like to feel weighed down or worn down after eating which is why I have figured out how to make baked goods that digest with ease. I think the secret is balancing the recipe’s fiber, sugar, and fat. Even after eating a piece of my cake I never feel like a blob. It’s like they say, ‘garbage in, garbage out.’ If you want to feel well you have to eat well. ” – Kristen
